Payment Terms:-
Orders must be accompanied with full payment. Credit Card payments are subject to a 2% additional charge of total order price. Cheques or debit cards will be free of any additional charges. Make cheques payable to NSR COMMUNICATIONS LTD. Payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP) only.
Delivery:-
We aim to deliver within the UK in 28 days but the equipment is hand-built and at times the order book is full which can lead to delays. International delivery times will need to be assessed with location and the equipments availability in mind. Please contact us for current delivery times.

Carriage:-
UK delivery is free of charge on large orders (over £500). Destinations outside of the UK will be quoted when we have full equipment requirements.

Guarantee:-
We have a two year guarantee on new items which offers repair without charge for parts or labour. We do not offer on-site repair and it is the customer's responsibility to return faulty equipment to us. The guarantee does not cover items that have been damaged. We will not accept responsibility for consequential loss of any sort (including hire charges). If timing is critical to your event you should ensure that spare equipment is available.
